Your Tru Perspective Blog

How Viewing Your Life From The Perspective Of Your Inner Truth Can Elevate Your Life To Unrecognisable Levels

Welcome! The essence of my book was forged through a period of intense personal chaos. I started this blog as a way to get comfortable with putting myself out there, always knowing that this moment would come. This space has always been about demonstrating one foundational truth: if you can just find a way to change the way you look at things, life really does begin to improve.
Whether you have been with me since the beginning or are just arriving, thank you for joining me on this journey.

Embrace The Void

Feeling unsettled?

Feeling uncomfortable?

Feeling like nothing makes sense anymore?

All those things that once felt so important now feel almost irrelevant?

Believe it or not, this is a great place to be. This is what happens when we are growing into the next best version of ourselves. Our reality can feel as though it's crumbling around us, as though we're turning into a blank slate where nothing matters anymore.

And in many ways, those things don't matter anymore. We've simply outgrown the person we were, and now we're in the process of creating a newer version of ourselves. It can be a tough transition, because just before we blossom, there is an inexplicable emptiness, a void if you like, which can make us feel deeply unsettled, as if we have no clue what is happening, and we might wonder if we ever will again.

But nature abhors a vacuum, so all we have to do is to accept that this is a very necessary part of the process and simply observe it as we are moving through it.

If we resist the way it makes us feel, by wondering what's gone wrong, we can start to feel stuck. The feeling will pass much faster if we accept and observe it for what it is, a beautiful part of the journey, that will, in time, reap fabulous rewards.

We don't need to try and figure out where we're going next, our universe has all that in hand. All we need to do is experience whatever comes our way.
